- A structured series of introspection exercises with your Primary Counselor, including regular video call touchpoints to uncover your story, define goals, and identify your unique value proposition
- Personalized MBA strategy development—a tailored application roadmap that captures your short- and long-term goals, areas for development during business school, a robust school list, potential recommenders, and key themes to highlight throughout your applications
- Oral feedback from your dedicated MBA Strategist during a video call to refine your MBA strategy before essay writing begins
Application Development
- School research guidance and school-specific positioning
- Essay and short-answer coaching, including brainstorming calls, outlining, and multiple rounds of editing (via email in Word or Google Docs with tracked changes)
- Written feedback from a School-Specific Reviewer—an experienced Stratus counselor who assesses your essays for fit and resonance with a school’s brand and culture
- Resume critique and editing to align with admissions committee expectations and to complement information provided elsewhere in your application
- Recommender strategy and outreach support to ensure strong, insightful recommendations that align with your narrative and supplement your essays
- Final polish by a qualified Proofreader to catch all grammar, punctuation, and formatting issues
Post-Submission Support
- Continued coaching for video essays and any additional materials requested by schools

MBA Four-School Guarantee
If you apply to four or more schools with Stratus in Round 1 and are not admitted to any, we will support your applications to two additional schools in Round 2 at no extra cost. No other firm offers this level of commitment to your success. We want your MBA application journey to end in business school.
